I Think with regard to budget I think the budget was good for what it was. No need to make it bigger I think it was fine it could of been in fact a bit less. I think we did a good job with our money considering we had over budget I think considering I wasn’t there for the last two days. I to be honest would of been better of with a hotel because we have less of a chance of disrupting other people which apparently we were good at. Iphones we should take advantage of what we have like iphones and technology. Its annoying when people think its not a big deal when you lose something. Its a huge deal straight up its not easy having to manage your entire group. I am not saying I did lead but the pressure of finding out someone messed with your budget your time and your stress level makes me mad. I like the idea of a shorter trip because less stress on the leader the piggy-backer to lose there stuff. Longer would be even more stressful then it already was. I think we adjusted plans to the point we knew it was coming to adjust plans. I think it was more of a on the spot thing picking group morning meeting leaders because it showed who wanted to step up and do stuff for the group. If we had this we would have a lot more time to explore different areas. I think if we used our cell phones in our group one assuming your not lost the person your texting is very close to you. Outside the group yes its needed because lets say we need changes in dinner plans easy fix with a phone call. The charging of the devices because until someone comes up with a snazzy no battery system then we wont need charging but since we have batteries we need to charge our stuff. Oh and remember ways to fix your phone when has a meltdown and makes itself extremely difficult to work. The only problems we had with group members jobs was the camera man/woman. I think the group did plan the day but the execution was done by one person which was a issue. If were going to use maps or iphones have two for backup and one for on the go stuff. About the chaperones if you have two it depends on how big your group because if its small chaperons because having one makes it easier to focus instead of getting scared about having to help both of them. We shouldn’t predetermine how many chaperones could mess up the randomness of the day which I had a lot of fun making it up as we went. By David
